Return Policy

We will gladly accept your returns of domestic orders within 10 days of the date the order was shipped. 

Returns

  • All Returns are issued as Store Credit Only. NO money refunds.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the date the order was shipped.
  • Only regular priced items can be returned. All Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or store credit. This includes orders placed with any discount code, sale events, items in the "Sale" section and items with reduced price.

  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Products must be returned in the original condition it was received, with tags attached. 

  • Accessories, Sunglasses, Hats, Jewelry, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Activewear & Intimates are Final Sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Fees

We do not send return labels. The client is free to choose the delivery method of their preference and is responsible for return shipping costs.

    How soon will I get my store credit?

    A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. VITTA will email customer a Gift Card with store credit. Store credits are issued as a Gift Card and expire after 1 year of issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

    If your return is received after the 10 day return period, a 15% Late Restocking Fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

     

    * Please make sure that your return is within the policy period & meets all return requirements. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

     * Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order by emailing us at: shopvittapr@gmail.com. NO Exceptions.

    We suggest mailing your package with a tracking number and make sure your items are securely packaged when sending back a return. VITTA is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
