Return Policy

We will gladly accept your returns of domestic orders within 8 days of the date the order was delivered.

Returns 

  • All Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • No Money Refunds or Exchanges.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 8 days from the date the order was delivered.
  • ONLY regular price items can be returned.
  • All Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or store credit. This includes orders placed with any discount code, sale events, items in the "Sale" section and/or items with reduced price.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any damages or stains and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Products must be returned in the original condition it was received, with tags attached.
  • Accessories, Sunglasses, Hats, Jewelry, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Activewear & Intimates (bralettes) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We do not provide return labels.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. You will have up to 24 hours after the package was delivered to report a damaged item. shopvittapr@gmail.com

    Store Credit

    Store Credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. VITTA will email customer a E-Gift Card with store credit.

    Store credit expires after 6 months of being issued and sent to customer.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

    If your return is received after the 8 day return period, a 25% Late Restocking Fee will be deducted from your store credit.

    We suggest mailing your package with a tracking number and make sure your items are securely packaged when sending back a return. VITTA is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.

    Please make sure that your return is within the policy period & meets all return requirements. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
