Shipment Methods & Times

Domestic Orders (PR & US)

USPS First-Class Mail (est delivery time is 3-5 business days): $5.99 

USPS Priority Mail (est delivery time is 1-3 business days; includes $100 Insurance): $10.00

After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. 
    Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is from 1-5 business days depending on the shipping option chosen by the customer. This does not include holidays or weekends.
      International Shipping is not available at this moment. 

        Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

        Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is fulfilled. The system automatically creates a shipping label to the shipping address entered by customer at checkout.

        Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfillment will be charged to customer. VITTA is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. Make sure to use both address lines.

        Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address will require the purchase of a new shipping label; costs will be customer’s responsibility.

            Shipment Tracking

            Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation as well as the order’s tracking number/information will be sent to the email.

              Pre Orders

              Preorders may take 1-4 weeks to ship and dates are subject to change by supplier or vendor. We rely on supplier availability.

              If you buy an in-stock item along with your preorder purchase, both items will ship once the preorder item arrives. 

              Lost or Stolen Packages

              VITTA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
                In the case this occurs, customer has the option of filing a claim through USPS. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#

                    If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.

                    * Once your order has been shipped and tracking number is sent by email, Vitta is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delay, lost, wrong delivered or stolen packages that may happen with the postal service.
